Abstract

The objective of this research was to analyze the contribution of technology in the labor area during the period from 2000 to 2021. For this, documentary research was developed in academic databases. As results, it was found that the internet and technology innovated the working methods of commerce and productivity in order to have each country a stable and fortified economy; In addition, they have had a great impact on people's life habits, in the workplace is where the use of both has been seen more frequently. It was concluded that their contribution productively helped the commercialization and working life of the companies, facilitating and complementing their work areas without unbalancing business growth, in the same way the internet and its development allowed to solve the production through the communication and online sales, from previous years to the present, tying and carrying out production networks for companies, factories and training for workers and their jobs.
